8 Three Ingreident Super Bowl Recipes

The Super Bowl is TOMORROW. And if you are anything like me, you have no idea what to bring and no time to do it.

I wrangled up some delicious game day recipes that only require three ingredients and minimal time, but will still impress.

Easy and Fast Super Bowl Recipes


Tortellini Skewers

  • Tortellini
  • Pasta Sauce (Pesto or Marina)
  • Skewers
  1. Cook tortellini as directed, and chill
  2. Place tortellini on skewers
  3. Serve with dipping sauce

Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus

  • Asparagus
  • Prosciutto
  • Olive Oil
  1. Wash and cut off the ends of the asparagus
  2. cut the slices of prosciutto in half
  3. Wrap the prosciutto around the asparagus, at a 45 degree angle
  4. Heat oil in large frying pan
  5. Fry asparagus spears for 1-2 minutes on each side, or until the prosciutto is brown and crispy

Ham and Cheese Roll Ups

  • Thick-sliced ham
  • Shredded Swiss Cheese
  • Crescent Rolls
  1. You probably know where this is going
  2. unroll crescent rolls
  3. Add ham and cheese, re-roll
  4. Bake as directed
  5. Enjoy

Chicken and Waffle Sliders

  • Frozen Chicken Fingers
  • Mini Waffles
  • Syrup
  • Toothpicks
  1. Cook chicken fingers and waffles (separately)
  2. assemble and secure with toothpicks
  3. Drizzle syrup over sliders or serve on the side

Pizza Dip

  • Cheese (package of cream cheese, 1 cup of parm cheese, 1 1/2 cup of mozz)
  • Pizza Sauce
  • Pepperoni (or toppings of choice)
  • Carbs (baguette, pita chips, bagels, garlic bread, breadsticks)
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and crease 9-inch pie pan
  2. Spread cream cheese
  3. Sprinkle 3/4 cup of mozz cheese and 1/2 cup of parm
  4. Spread pizza sauce
  5. Sprinkle remaining cheese and add pepperoni
  6. Bake until melty (20-25 minutes)
  7. Serve with carbs of choice

Bacon Wrapped Dates

  • Bacon
  • Dates
  • Goat Cheese
  • Toothpicks
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Slice and remove pits from dates
  3. Add cheese to middle of date and squeeze to close
  4. Wrap in bacon and secure with toothpick
  5. Bake for 10 minutes
  6. Flip it and reverse it, bake for additional 5-8 minutes
  7. Cool before serving

Blue Cheese Monkey Bread

  • 1 can of biscuits
  • 1 stick o butter
  • 4 ounces of blue cheese (or feta or goat cheese)
  • parsley or cilantro, optional
  1. Preheat over to 375
  2. Melt butter in 9 inch pie plate
  3. cut biscuits into quarters and coat in butter and lay in plate
  4. Sprinkle cheese (and herbs, if desired) over biscuits
  5. Bake for 25-35 minutes

Queso Blanco

  • 12 ounces of white Velveeta
  • 2 4 ounce cans of green chilies (or sub one can of jalapeños, if you like it hot)
  • Tortilla Chips
  1. Add ingredients to slow cooker
  2. Cook on high for 1-2 hours or low for 3-4  (or melt in pan on stove)
  3. Stir and serve
